Presenting Educational Entertainment Shows
Workshop aim: The aim of this workshop is to provide park and zoo staff with the knowledge required to assist them in enhancing their current shows or to allow them to develop and introduce a complete new show to their facility.

Ravi Wasan Ravi is fast becoming a prominent figure in the Australian pet industry due to his professional and individual approach with all he is involved with. As well as taking up the position as Director of Training and Behaviour Programs for Feathered Friends pty ltd, he currently operates as the Head Supervisor for both the Bird Department and Bird Presentations for Sydney’s newest zoo, Sydney Wildlife World where he has been responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of both the highly successful flight canyon exhibit and the interactive bird show.
Steve Austin You may of seen Steve Austin recently in channel Ten’s Celebrity Dog School series or perhaps on Harry’s Practice. Steve has been a major figure in the professional pet industry for some decades. From lecturing to American Law Enforcement Agencies; to training Australia’s first truffle detector dog in Tasmania; to speaking on animal training at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo; to Mount Everest Kennel Club in Katmandu. Among other activities Steve along with his wife Vicki operate the highly successful Pet Resorts Australia. Steve’s knowledge and experience is second to none in Australia.
